My first experience with Rose Bordeaux was not very good. Don't remember what it was, bland and easy to forget. This one is quite different. Elegant, light and tasty. Light raspberry, citrus and maybe a little red currant in nose and taste. Just a bit of sugar, but not enough to kill the taste. Went nicely with seafood paella, would go great with any seafood.
