Good sparkling wine from Burgundy. Can't be called Champagne, because it's not from Champagne. But if you are a not professional tester, you won't feel the difference. All attributes of good sparkling wine: lots of citrus in smell and taste, doesn't smell yeast at all. Good for any celebration. As for pairing, great with any seafood appetiser or any dessert.
I also tasted white sparkling wine from this company, total disappointment. Choose rose.
