One of the best rose wines in my book. Quite substantial, it's Rioja, after all. Always keep several bottles in my cellar, just in case. As usual with rose, it's hard to separate components of the nose or taste, I enjoy the result. Had it with shrimp dinner today. Great pairing for any seafood, would go well with pork, poultry or veal, although I always prefer red in such cases. Also great choice if you have dinner starting with seafood appetizer, having meat as a main course and don't want to have different wines with it (for example, you are driving after dinner and don't want to go over limit).
