Good, classic Bordeaux. I'm not a fan of 2012 Bordeaux, but this one is good. Deserves the medal. Strong nose, with black currant note and just a hint of chalk. Dry, not a bit of sugar. A little bit tangy, lots of tannins in it. Had it with smoke salmon pizza, good pairing for any meat, poultry, high end fish, like tuna, mahi mahi, swordfish, marlin.
