Looks like 2014 Bordeaux is really good. This one has character. There is nose and taste of cherry, like most Bordeauxs, there is some other fruit in the mix. But there is a distinct note: spices. Quite complex, can't separate them (I'm no proffesional taster), but mostly reminds south. Caribbean, probably, or something from North Africa. Can't tell. But very good.
Had it with mahi mahi, but it's a great pairing for any meat. Would go great with spicy food, too.
Decant or aerate. It's way too young to drink straight from the bottle.
