Good Bordeaux. First nip was disappointing: too sweet and not balanced. Aerator helped somewhat. Ten minutes late, completely different wine! Sugar gone (don't know how can it happen), good, balanced taste, classic Bordeaux. Black currant, a little spicy, just a hint of chalk.
Was pretty good with grilled salmon, wood be good with any red meat or high end fish.
