
I like Chilean wines. They have class. Some people say that because Chile still have pre philloxera grapes they are different from European grapes, which are grafted on Concorde rootstock. I beg to differ, I wouldn't be able to say in blind tests whether this wine came from France or Chile. Quite substantial for a white wine, it still has distinctive Sauvignon Blanc taste: some honey, some spice, just a little bit of sugar.
Enjoyed it with sea scallop meal. It would be great with any seafood.
