Another honey and spice Rose. The nose is more like spices and summer field flowers, taste is pure spiced honey. I liked Château de Campuget a little bit more, but this one is a very good Rose from Provence. I had it with seafood paella, it would be good with any seafood, veal, poultry, rabbit. Some say it's good with beef, can't say: I prefer full bodied reds in such case, like Côtes du Rhône or Rioja.
Would definitely buy it again.
