First impression: cherry bomb. Second impression: not so simple. There is some subtle notes in the nose, some kind of flowery hint. Very strong taste of cherry. Some hint of spice. A little bit of sugar, enough to be noticeable, not enough to kill the wine. Surprisingly mild for sicilian wine, I'm used to powerful ones.
Enjoyed it with pizza, would buy again.
