Honey and spices. Honestly, I hate honey. But somehow it works for me in this wine. The first impression in the nose: spiced honey. Taste: honey and spices. Very well balanced, strong rose. Enjoyed it, would definitely buy again.
Worked great with sea scallops and pasta, would be great accompaniment to any seafood. Wouldn't be bad with poultry, rabbit or veal.
