Very nice Rosé d'Anjou. Smell of a blooming prairie in the middle of hot summer day (and I mean it literally, it's hard to decompose it and I see no need). Fruity taste, with distinctive citrus note. Some sweetness, usual for Anjou wines, but not much. Feels young.
Enjoyed it with grilled shrimp, should be great for any seafood.
