Was at Surdyk's yesterday, saw it. Remember 2011, it was good, so I bought half a box. I was right. This is good classic Bordeaux. Complex taste, complex nose. Notes of black currant, just a hint of sour cherry. Almost no sugar, which I like.
Enjoyed it with salmon grilled on a cedar plank.
