 Nice Beaujolais. Well balanced, with a hint of pear. But I liked Bel Air Rosé more...

2025 Bel Air Beaujolais Nouveau Rosé


 Very good. Pleasant, with strong nose and taste of pear.

Was very good with baked flounder.

2023 Cabriz

 At least as good as 2022. Multiple berries, probably a bit more tannines. Aerator improves taste a lot.

Enjoyed it with salmon pizza.
