Yet again we enjoy Beaujolais Nouveau Rosé, courtesy of Haskell's.
I like it more than red. Same notes of pear and caramel and hint of apple, but somehow more pronounced.
Enjoyed it with baked flounder.

Yet again we enjoy Beaujolais Nouveau Rosé, courtesy of Haskell's.
2023 George Duboeuf Beaujoais Nouveau
Very nice. Strong notes of pear and caramel, hint of apple.
Enjoyed it with sous vide tuna.
