2019 Château du Luc

 Very good Bordeaux. A bit on a lighter side. Multiple berries and a bit of spice in the nose and taste. No sugar at all, great!

Enjoyed it with sous vide tuna finished on a grill.

2022 L'Auratæ Rosé

Wonderful Rosé from Sicily. If I tasted it on a blind tasting, I'd say "Provence". It has all the notes which make Rosé great: honey, summer meadow, spice, a bit of citrus. May be a little less subtle, than Provençal Rosés.
Enjoyed it with grilled fish (ono in miso marinade).
