Yet again we enjoy Beaujolais Nouveau Rosé, courtesy of Haskell's.
I like it more than red. Same notes of pear and caramel and hint of apple, but somehow more pronounced.
Enjoyed it with baked flounder.

Another bottle from Costco Christmas box. Classic Bordeaux. Black currant and sour cherry. A bit of sugar, but not much. Very well balanced.
Enjoyed it with sous vide tuna, finished on grill.

Another masterpiece from Argentina. Malbec. Complex taste, in which you can feel a mix of berries. A bit of sugar, but it doesn't feel bad. A lot of tannings. Very well balanced.

At last Costco printed the name of the producer on a bottle. Enjoying it for several year. Wonderful Rosé from Provence. Everything you expect: honey, spices, grass, citrus. Very well balanced.
Enjoyed it with grilled miso ono.
Was great with sous vide lamb.
Was good with Sous-vide tuna.
Sometimes Costco disappoints...
Enjoed it with shrimp pizza.
Was OK with smoked chicken pizza.
Very good Rioja. I like it more that 2017 Eguia. It's a bit mild for Rioja, with multiple berries in the nose and taste.
Was great with sous vide lam filet.
Don't know what is the real producer. Hidden under some alphanumeric combination. 2019 was Petit Freyon, but this is something different, judging by location. Good overall. Strong sour cherry note, which somehow becames weaker after some time. Usual black currant Bordeaux note. No sugar.
Was very good with sous vide tuna.
This one wasn't bad. Spicy, with some interesting notes. But this producer doesn't do a good job anyway. How can you have wine marked "Reserva" and do not put crop year on the label?
It was OK with seafood paella. But I wouldn't buy it again.
Chile makes a lot of good wines, that's a fact. It's a fact that not all Chilean wines are good, too. This is really strange. It's so spicy, tastes like they held it on black pepper for several months. Maybe there is some good taste underneath, but I couldn't recognize it. Barely drinkable.
Was great with minute steak.
I am a big fan of Cabernet from Chile. Never tried Chilean white wines. But during my Honduras vacation choice wasn't that big. So here it is. Very nice. There is some spice and a hint of honey in the nose and taste. And also something I can't recognize. Some tropical fruit. Good overall.
Was pretty good with seafood paella.
Sold under Trader Joe's trademark. Interesting. Spices, citrus, some other taste I didn't guess. A bit of sugar, but not too much.
